Herbs/Other Gut Supplements

There are herbs and other supplements that can be taken to improve gut health. Some you may have already heard of while some may be unfamiliar. Examples are:

Herbs: Black raspbery powder, goldenseal, mastic gum, olive leaf extract, oregano oil, slippery elm, etc.

Other Supplements: Lauricidin, fermented cabbage juice, supplements for mitochondrial support, ox bile, etc.

These herbs/other supplements can be quite helpful in alleviating digestive issues and when taken properly can impact gut health.
